About Us

Established in 1987, Signworld began life as a general screen printer, supplying local companies with their requirements of signs and labels. In 1989 we embraced the Estate Agents market, commencing production of our first Estate Agency signs, and in no time at all we grew into one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Estate Agents signs. In 1994 we outgrew our premises and moved into our present 6000sq ft manufacturing unit.

Over the years we’ve continued to develop our association with Estate Agents and produced many new innovations for the market, including the first truly reflective printed boards, and in 2007 our new digitally printed For Sale boards. We invested in automatic screen printing machinery to allow us to produce printed signage in large quantities and are pleased to supply a range of screen printing to many blue chip household names. 

With our development of Estate Agents boards came the requests for trade supply of our products and in 1994 we commenced supply of screen printingand signmaking to the sign trade. This increased our profile and enabled us to diversify into other areas of sign manufacture leading to the development of modular systems and digital graphics.

In 2006/7 we made large capital investments in new digital equipment, taking delivery of two new machines enabling us to offer our clients large format digital printing with very short lead times. We are now in a position to offer our clients full colour, high definition digital prints onto almost any flat surface or roll-fed media delivered within 48 hours.
