How to order

To place your order for boards couldn’t be easier. Just follow these simple steps and we’ll start the ball rolling.

1) Decide on the specification for your boards and request a quotation from us.

2) Provide your acceptance of our quotation by either post or email.

3) a) If you already have a board design or artwork, please send us the disk or email the file in a recognised editable format (ai, eps, cdr, pdf). Please note that you must ‘create outlines’ on any file you send us or alternatively send us the fonts that are used in the file.

3) b) If you don’t already have a design and you’d like us to prepare your artwork from scratch, please let us have an idea of your colour choice, text required and a copy of your logo to work with.

4) Once we receive your official order, we’ll commence work on a proof, but won’t start printing until you’ve confirmed everything is perfect.

5) We’ll send you a pro-forma invoice for the goods that you’ve ordered.

…and that’s it all done. Time to sit back, relax and wait for your boards to be delivered to your door!
